Tailored Health Coverage Options for Your Needs

Network Plans

  • PPO Network

PPO Networks are designed to offer individuals access to a wide range of healthcare providers, both in and out of the Network. While visiting in network providers usually comes with lower out-of-pocket costs, PPO plans also cover some portion of out-of-network care. This freedom of choice typically comes with a slightly higher premium, making it an attractive option for those who prioritize access to a broad network of doctors and specialists.

  • HMO Network

HMO Networks sometimes don't give you in and out of networks like PPO Network plans. Individuals must choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) from within the network, as the gatekeeper for all medical needs and referrals to specialists. HMO plans typically offer lower premiums and copays, created for individuals who are financially stricken with major pre-existing conditions or chronic diseases and seeking comprehensive coverage.

  • EPO Network

EPO Networks combine certain elements of both PPO and HMO plans. You do not require a referral from a PCP to see a specialist within the network and does not cover any out-of-network care, except for emergencies.

  • Nationwide Health Sharing Plan

Health Sharing Plans offer an alternative to traditional health insurance. These plans involve a community of members who pool their resources to cover each other's medical expenses. While Health Sharing Plans can be more affordable than conventional insurance, they may have certain limitations and restrictions on coverage.
